Bobby,
I would like to thank you and the rest of the staff at Burns Automotive for making my car buying experience so pleasant. With the car going to my mother in Wisconsin, I know it was a bit more work for all involved. However, everyone's helpful attitude and professionalism made the entire transaction go smoothly. Youhave earned grand reviews in "word- of- mouth" advertising.
All our best,
Mike and Linda Peavey
Dear Mr. Burns,
As a Red Cross Instructor I'm not very used to going out and promoting events. What little bit I have done it though I have learned that folks can be just down right ugly to you. So I just wanted to thank you personally not as an American Red Cross Volunteer but just one stranger to another. Thank you so much for your kindness!
God Bless,
Lisa Patterson

Dear Mr. Burns,
Thank You!
Because of the support of dealers like you, NADA was able to successfully continue our mission over the last year. We partnered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star officet o launch a joint Energy Stewardship Initiative to develop, distribute and promote dealership energy cost savings strategies. NADA successfully minimized potential concerns arising out of new vehicle fuel economy and safety information labeling mandates. We also continue to back legislation requiring insurance companies to makes the VINs of flooded, stolen and "totale" vehicles available to consumers, dealers and vehicle history providers/ The bill would permanently "red flag" totaled vehicles and help combat vehicle fraud. But none of this would have been possible without you!
As Chairman of NADA, I know that thee issues and others that will occur this coming year are critical to our businesses. We dealers must speak with one voice to protect the franchise system and the investments we have all made. That is why your Association works so hard to protect our interests.
But the succeed in these and other areas it takes persistence. That's why I know I can count on you to renew your membership in NADA again this year. Doing so will help to protect you, your fmaily, your dealership and the future of our reat industry. Thank you for your past support and my persnal thanks for renewing again this year.
Sincerely,
John P. McEleney
NADA Chairman

You know Butc, I want to thank you and Lynn that you were able to get those new tires on that van and after having to "add" that to the list. They hit some serious rain on their journey and I was so thankful that they had those tires. Would you tell Sam I appreciate that as well. Tell him he did a fantastic job relaying the message. He is a man of many talents, lot boy, errand boy, receptionist and owner.

Dear Sir:
I am writing today to again say "thanks!" to Lynn Tomlinson and other members of your Service Department who served me so effectively and expeditiously on March 20, 2008. My 1989 Jeep Cherokee died that day on I-85 as I was en route to Raleigh, NC for my first ever NCAA tournament basketball game the next day: Davidson vs.Gonzaga. Fortunately, SC DOT pulled up and charged my battery enough to crank the Jeep. The DOT responder suggested Advance Auto Parts could help; Advance helped me find you.
Your talented team diagnosed my electrical system right away and determined the battery had an internal short. Additionally, the experienced technician abserved that my belt was out of its track, and he fixed that as well. Lynn managed the process quickly. A problem that had appeared to be a trip- breaker was resolved quickly, courteously, and for a reasonable price. During my short wait, your staff offered me the use of a computer for Internet access and a private space to make phone calls when I requested it.
God blessed me with nearby help for my problems that day on I-85- and what a quality solution Burns of Gaffney was! Obviously I had no appointment with you, but you worked me in with no delay, and kept me informed each step of the way.
Everyone I met in your dealership was helpful, professional, and oozing with integrity. I will be pleased to recommend your dealership to others anytime.
You folks had me back on the highway in a short time, confident in the repair job you performed. I made it safely to my destination that night, and Davidson won the next day (and went on to the "Elite Eight")- I could not ask for more!
Sincerely,
George Murdaugh
